Zoom Plots with Internet Explorer

If using Internet Explorer 4.0 or 4.01 with Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0, you may encounter a problem in opening the HiRes viewport for a zoom plot. The symptom is that either nothing will happen, or you will see an error message "No such interface supported". Should this occur, take the following steps to rectify it:

Click Start (on Desktop), and select Run
In the Open box type: regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
Click OK, and click OK again when you see the message:
"DllRegisterServer in actxprxy.dll succeeded."


Click Start (on Desktop), and select Run
In the Open box type: regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
Click OK, and click OK again when you see the message:
"DllRegisterServer in shdocvw.dll succeeded."

Reboot your computer.
