Alternatively, you can upload an ascii file with:
* Name or coordinates (in decimal degrees or in hh:mm:ss.ss ±dd:mm:ss.s)
* Radius (in arcseconds. It can be different for each object of the list)
* Radius can be specified comma-separated from name/coordinates.
* Each input line can have a different format
